Is confusion a successfully untreatable mental condition and practically permanent living situation for its hosts? And in such as are extreme cases, therefore a highly personalised and maddening existential threat? Is "treatment", the acquisition of greater knowledge and secret information to ease and eradicate confusion or is the danger in chronic cases that it simply expands and merely exacerbates the situation further if future intelligent processing of input is missing from the outputted mix/magical source?
