...... when their promises are desperate aspirations voiced and only to be fulfilled if they are to exclusively lead and not be held responsibility and accountable for future command and remote control of human direction/reward and punishment. Heaven forbid that it be realised anyone/anything else be able to enable the universal exercise of such a critical mission whenever entangled in novel fields that have one suddenly presented clueless and cowering in the shadows of ACTive Existential Threat Expertise.
And dislike and deny it as much as you want ....... but that is where the world and y’all are at ..... with a few necessary fundamental changes identified for governments to embrace and make rather than, as they are more prone and likely to try do, embrace, extend, and extinguish.
