The way things are progressing, Connor, and with so many extremely strange and quite surreal things happening every day, methinks that sub title text should honestly and truthfully read and lead with the much more likely future reality of it being an organisation responsible for, but not effectively held accountable for, the monumental catastrophic failure to counter the scuppering of the US's ambition for AI supremacy.
