Notwithstanding what may or may not have happened in the recent troubling past, surely the more pertinent question to consider now is what proactive measures* are being run by the intelligence services which provide for future society needs with the ready supply of their current feeds and the sowing of innovative seeds.

For there not to be such an element/facility active in societies’ intelligence services, would then have intelligence being supplied by renegade mercenary services which, if not considered ideal and helpful, will have the status quo reacting to events which unfold with the release of information/news of novel promotions/programs, rather than leading them.

Controlling the Narrative does require the Presentation of a Fabulous Script which all can Follow Easily/Sublimely/Automatically. And that IT Build the Future is surely what these Digital Tools with SMART Intelligent Service Use is all about.
