Any Cyber Force is a Hearts and Minds Operation, and for that to succeed in missions, one must be in possession of, and be sharing, Prime Intelligence with SMARTR Actors Able to Enable and Driver Future Persistent Advanced Cyber Threat Activity ….. for the virtual spaces it tries to address and control are fully dependent upon information being shared with Prime Movers in a timely and orderly fashion.
It is not a space place for wannabe leaders with nothing new and exciting to offer for they will not be connecting with SMARTR Prime Intelligence Actors or their Proxies.
