It is very difficult to not conclude they are either seriously ill and/or mentally deficient and way beyond any future help. As time progresses though, that realisation is much easier to fully accept as being the honest gospel truth and leaving them behind in the wake of future progress their self-chosen fate and pathetic destiny.

Further to the above advisory comment [GrahamC at 11:31 AM on 26th Feb 2021] there be much more to consider and ponder on, so that future events and strange shenanigans are not too much alike and akin to Fabergé type Easter egg surprises ...... although who in their right mind wouldn't want to be enjoying a whole series of those? And shared here in another comment on "Algorithmic Warfare: Spending on Quantum Tech on the Upswing" simply because it is fair, and being that it is also widely shared elsewhere. All available evidence clearly supports the lamentable conclusions aired for either speedy acceptance with a view to radically change direction, or for sad and serious serial denial of a rapid headlong descent into crashing markets lunacy and executive office administrative madness, which one surely has to admit is an extremely dire straits state of affairs to find oneself in.
