And is NSA's Special Source Operations enabled and able to act HyperRadioProActively and Autonomously upon that which it discovers in IT channels or does it wait for second and third party orders/agendas/programs/sub-prime instruction sets to driver it/give its agents and support businesses/organisations/systems something interesting and sensible and creatively constructive to do, or is madness and mayhem and death and destruction the perversion which the Department of Defense and military industrial complex is responsible and accountable for provisioning worldwide?

And that latter choice be real negative and disruptive and a primitive solution which only causes greater problems which will have no immediate answers but which clearly identifies wannabe profiteering war-mongers.

But he can purchase outside leverage which enables supply of provisions which be badly needed and greatly missed whenever in-house, home spun solutions are proving so destructively costly and exorbitantly expensive ...... and wastefully toxic, although that does sort of depend upon the current levels and range of intelligence in chiefs who be thinking themselves responsible for the state of the nation and its continuing safe security and who can presumably act with impunity and immunity in the exercise of higher office, but who would appear by all modern active media accounts to have thoroughly lost the initiative and key codes which permit universally approved action with mighty global support/encouragement/mutually beneficial positive reinforcement from all major parties and smarter alternative solution factions/revolutionary elements/Global Operating Devices.

Or, if you want just more of the same, do nothing different and creative, and watch as everything collapses and markets turn to pixie dust all around y'all as abused and disadvantaged customer bases disappear and flock to CHAOS Leaders in the Virtual Reality Sector with Clouds Hosting Advanced Operating Systems in Live Operational Virtual Environments Fields/Zeroday Vulnerability Exploit Theatres.

The right choice to make there, is surely a no-brainer, and would have one wondering on why it wasn't taken whenever freely offered, with the correct answer being a lack of intelligence leadership in-house USA?
