I would also generally agree with such a conclusion but would most definitely add that he is at least what he appears to be and may also be so much more, but that would be extremely sensitive proprietary information which could easily be classified TS/SCI and strictly Need to Know, and therefore will remain unknown in the public domain.
In such extreme cases though, there is always the very real and present danger of the operative realising the power in the situation, and going rogue/off the reservation, with the Establishment realising far too late that they have effectively handed Lead Control over to a SMARTer Operating System of Virtual Non-State Actors.

"Even if the elite through its controlled intelligence agencies manages to control WikiLeaks, the evolution of the Internet may spawn other variants that are unexpected and entirely uncontrollable. The entropy of the Internet is therefore the real issue, and one that the Anglo-American axis has yet to solve in our humble view."
