Without intelligence leading, are elites battling against chaos and probable madness too, which will surely very quickly nowadays, destroy them and strip their systems of everything they have been working for and preying on. However, and it has always been the case, the smart money is always protected and secured by ….. well, let us just call it/them, special intelligence services, which would always be testing itself and their wares, and others who may or may not be effective enough in novel emerging fields of expertise, to find out exactly what is lacking, and who is not up to scratch in the games being played out today for a greater tomorrow, and which is entirely and absolutely controlled remotely and quite anonymously too in the main, from the complex virtual environment with simple plaintext communications for internetworking entities.
And when supposed Western intelligence systems and/or services are discovered to be far too slow to positively react, will that which they need be provided elsewhere where it is needed. And yes, there are those who would tell you military intelligence is an oxymoron and contradiction but there’s no harm in rattling their cages to see if they can prove it to be wrong and surprise everybody with what they have learnt over the millennia or under the stewardship of smart executive leadership which be not bought to do it be told in order to maintain the status quo past in a time of fabulous future derivative of a dynamic imaginative present.
