Edward Snowden: "I gave all of my information to the American public, to American journalists who are reporting on American issues."
All of Snowden's information was not been given to the American public, only to four journalists -- Barton Gellman, Laura Poitras, Ewen MacAskill and Glenn Greenwald -- for cowardly reporting between %.0062 and 1.8% of total since June 2013: … http://cryptome.org/2013/11/snowden-tally.htm
John, Hi,
There are worlds of difference, most surely, between that and those who talk the talk and that and those who can walk the walk and would plough and seed almighty fields of bounty.
If supplied with all of Snowden’s information, would you/the Cryptome vessel, as quickly as is humanly/virtual machine possible, securely share everything to all and sundry with smart intelligent servers free from outside interference? Or would you feel constrained to apply and/or comply with subjectively authorised restrictions to limit the knowledge made available?
February 28, 2013. For quick Cryptome submissions whose source may be monitored send to (note "info" not "org"). Test with a benign message beforehand, expect no response or a bounce. Use infrequently to minimize pattern analysis. Not great comsec but better than covertly targeted, tapped, tricked, tracked and trapped drop boxes, pastes, anonymizers, proxies, spoofs, onions, clouds and sekret one-time spasms. Key security is to protect yourself, not rely on system, authority or disclosure paragons.
Note: For regular email to Cryptome send to cryptome[at]earthlink.net with CC to jya[at]pipeline.com
Spooky intelligent security services, which in the reality of Great Game plays and Virtual Realities, be just a few brighter/more enlightened analysts and agents for targeting/ spear phishing/advanced human terrain team phorming, will always be presented with the enigmatic dilemma and prime opportunity to personally engage relatively anonymously and remotely with that and/or those who would decide that they do not need, at certain particular and peculiar times of their own choosing, to be unknown.
And with contact addresses freely shared and/or to be easily found because of a decisive lack of security and encryption, would first party primes garner everything they need for future courses of action and proaction [and with HyperRadioProActive IT Drive, Future Product Placements] whether they be subsequently engaged with/contacted or not.
Regards,

Stuck in rut and virtual rabbit hole of ones own making is still no answer though
How very wise, IT. One certainly doesn't want to have to take chances with something as precious and precocious as Curiosity.

But look to England to see what's in store. David Cameron's Tories are attacking the Internet, the media and basically making it clear that "security" trumps the "right to know." - Daily Bell Staff Report
David Cameron and the Tories are proving themselves to be unfit for future purpose and useless at leadership with such shenanigans, and be assured, are they falling on deaf ears and energising seriously smarter minds to ensure that he and his ilk receive all that they thoroughly deserve. "Such be only right and proper and fair," ..... which be the sort of banal statement that he is so enamoured of, and always making in front of the camera.
He be such a tool, to make he and his mates such fools, before all in the world. But hey, you know what they say about politics and politicians, … “It be show business for ugly people” …… and there is no point in arguing against that truism.
