The name is Bond, James Bond :-) * ..... but it isn't
DARPA! .... A liteweight version of Q Branch, which itself has evolved and morphed/zig-zagged into a Station XSSXXXX type meme?
A little something for Sir Iain Lobban to plausibly deny a C he has any knowledge of to share with an M. And why ever would he not be believed in these very strange days with their Ab Fab Fabless 0days?
"When a big story breaks, we shouldn't just be using social media to send out the latest headlines or ask people for their feedback after the fact," he [Andy Carvin, who recently left the job of senior social strategist at NPR] said in a keynote address at the International Journalism Festival.
He continued:
“We shouldn't even stop at asking for their help when trying to cover a big story. We should be more transparent about what we know and don't know. We should actively address rumors being circulated online. Rather than pretending they're not circulating, or that they're not our concern, we should tackle them head-on, challenging the public to question them, scrutinize them, understand where they might have come from, and why.” …… http://verificationhandbook.com/book/chapter1.php
Sheep are easily led and driven/drivered, aren’t they, to be shorn of their wool and to be slaughtered
* Giving the system a good poke and provoking and invoking Poe's Law here and there which be everywhere too. Well, whatever else would you expect in XSSively Spooky Quantum Communications Fields, where .......... A qubit has a few similarities to a classical bit, but is overall very different. Like a bit, a qubit can have two possible values—normally a 0 or a 1. The difference is that whereas a bit must be either 0 or 1, a qubit can be 0, 1, or a superposition of both.

Oh, and regarding that second paragraph and little something, is it so hard to believe if the evidence be available .......... http://www.globalresearch.ca/spy-agency-engaged-in-internet-false-flag-attacks/5367590 ....... and whenever that was then and this is now, how much more progress do you imagine has been made to command control in ITs fields?

The Elephant in the Room
Successfully defending the indefensible and offensive is never going to be an acceptable reality, and just like military type war games, is anything practised in simulated stress testing, never ever going to reflect and give insight on what is going to virtually happen in the real world.
And surely regulators and intelligence chiefs know and are advising all on that, and the fact that there is nothing that can be done to mitigate and/or stop such as a smart attack on a systemically flawed system.

Something else to note: The war broke out some six months after the US Federal Reserve had been passed into law. The war would bankrupt Europe and leave the US financial system as the dominant power.
War is the racket which keeps Uncle Sam alive and the markets from crashing. They both can’t handle the truth and peace, although they be not alone in that.

Like other U.S. military agencies, they are probably evil, but it's hard not to have a soft spot for DARPA. I suspect that for many (if not most) of us, DARPA represents the dream place to work. ... says deadlockvictim
It would foolish and counterproductive to argue against that being true whenever comfortable with being a sociable capitalist, deadlockvictim.
And to realise that they probably can be evil, is a nice route/root to take if one would be working on something else for them which be completely different and novel ....... and should one need such a thought to quell any qualms about the interests and work of others for them/it.
