    Is the Prince smart enough to be running such a game himself, as he plays himself the court jester and fool to court sycophants, and if not he, who else provides his lifestyle and wealth?

    Follow the money always provides the answer to intelligence source, ...:-) although that is always a magical journey with countless hurdles and hoops to jump over and through and many a locked door to walk through, for such Great Games are only individual intelligences pitting themselves one against the other to hone future skills and facilities, so that both and all can ensure that the best of service is assured and provided, virtually free.
