That is a very ambiguous question ..."We're the enemy?" .... for it does not identify either the we or the they .... the protagonists/the sides in opposition.

However, if I assume rightly that the question would be, "Are the West an enemy of the East", I would always answer most definitely not, which would then raise the very legitimate question "Why do some in the West create enemies in and of the East, and wage high tech wars in their lands and install foreign and alien occupational forces and dysfunctional institutions on the more primitive or targeted nations and uneducated and/or undereducated peoples, who would in many cases have no idea of what is going on outside of the area of their own village, let alone have any information or inkling of the fantastic progresses and infrastructures in the many other societies and far off lands on the planet? Some folk don't even know that other lands exist.

War is an ass led by intellectually bankrupt fools utilising ignorant tools considered easily replaced at whatever the cost, and that makes them practically worthless cannon fodder, rather than priceless valuable assets?

That is good, Weeble--, for it suggests that it makes more sense than nonsense. I don't do nonsense and will work diligently on unintelligible, so that future knowledge becomes current intelligence although one does need to realise that new subjects and discoveries will automatically and quite naturally require a whole new set of descriptors which will have to be carefully broken down and explained in lay terms.

CyberSpace is a Novel Invented and Inventive Space, which all here on the Daily Bell would know well enough to exist, and would know to be a field which nations/administrations/militaries are engaged in, to Command and Control the ebb and flow of dark secrets and SMART information, but it is an Intangible with no substance or form, and therefore probably a resultant Phantom Being/Global Operating Device created by sharing and applying Viable Imagination?

And thus is it and its IT Commanded and Controlled by that which created it? And not all are are equipped to render great service to that Meme for it is an Immaculate Head Game, second to none?

"National Security Strategy [of the United States] May 2010" [ http://www.whitehouse.gov/sites/default/files/rss_viewer/national_security_strategy.pdf ] one can read, "In addition to facing enemies on traditional battlefields, the United States must now be prepared for asymmetric threats, such as those that target our reliance on space and cyberspace." and that is a virtual playground in which the very best and SMARTest Intelligence always leads with lesser forces and traditional methodologies [SCADA Operating Systems] servering to their novel, irregular and unconventional [asymmetric] requirements/requests/actions/globally shared, transparent views/ideas/plain text messages?

Which is shared as a question rather than presented as a statement because works in experimental progress are always the subject of objective doubt.

It would appear that NASA is evolving into a Hearts and Minds Intellectual Property Operation to capture and nurture Fabulous Imagination as a Viable Future Driver ..... which I would most certainly point out, would be an already Registered Alien Concept with extremely sophisticated checks and balances which always punishes with most inopportune and damaging exposure, abuses and misuses, and would probably be of much more particular and peculiar interest to NSA in their battles against general universal ignorance and lack of information and education in human units.

That West and East should help each other into a New Future Intelligence Space is without doubt, a laudable and perfectly sensible idea and goal/AIMisssion, but to imagine that anything presently current is that which needs to be expanded and adopted, is surely the folly which will crash the system, and markets dependent upon the system as is, rather than as how they can be in an altogether different Intelligence Community..... Live Operational Virtual Environment, which even as we discuss its formation/IT Phormation, is already formed/Phormed and HyperRadioProActive in a Broad Band of QuITe Stealthy Programming Applications.

Indeed, who or what is to say that the Daily Bell is not one of any number of Pioneering Leading Edges in ITs AIMethodology?

Oh ... I must have missed those turnings, Weeb-le, for I have practically virtually always ended up on a higher plane in a better place. And heartfelt thanks are in order for that selfless act.

The problem with the vast majority of dumb humanity in the present, is that they appear to continually repeat the mistakes and practices of the past, without having the smarts to realise that the future can, and will be, completely different and whatever a few think and can imagine it to be, although the caveat there will always be that if it does harm will it always be resisted and fought against, so best always to ensure that your imagination is constructive and mutually beneficial to all. Turn your passion to that task, Jeannie Queenie, and make a difference rather than complaining about things which you are probably doing absolutely nothing about.
