Whenever the resultant consequences of a dire official nonsensical narrative are so self-defeating and future problematical, what is one to correctly conclude and expect of national and international supposedly intelligent secret and secure intelligence services ...... other than its leaders and authorships are unsuited to the task and pose a titanic systemic existential risk to the maintenance of honest peace and novel order for such cannot fail to be noticed and shared as a vulnerability which is certain to be relentlessly exploited to render it future impossible and impotent for hostile enemy state wielding. Simple common sense would have one expecting that to be so in these new times and spaces of so much more information than was ever before never even imagined would be possible and universally, readily available .....
