"I am curious about rights and how a government can protect them." .... Posted by Jill on 1/13/2011 1:21:37 PM

Hi, Jill,

The gospel truth is, no government can protect your rights and any that say that they can, are living in a dream world and deluding themselves and spinning you a tale which is probably geared to them being selected to sit, if not in judgement of you, in a position of artificial and real control of you.

And in such positions are your rights probably always abused and used against you by governments, which if you just look at the UK Parliamentary model, and all governments are similarly arranged, are they not, as a glorified talking shop, is just a gang of mates covering themselves in a convenient enough cloak of pseudo-respectability and competence and calling themselves a political party leadership, who then go on to demonstrate daily through their media pronouncements that they have neither, and they can only squander and gamble a nation's wealth, whilst they desperately try to hold on to whatever they can squeeze out of the electorate and the system whilst waiting for some sort of divine intervention or someone with ideas to transform their sorry state and reform its Intelligence deficit with Novel Intellectual Property.

Thus are the best governments, SMARTer* Enabled Autocracies, which themselves would realise and accept as a leading Role Model, a Transparent Meritocracy, where all ideas and secrets are freely shared so that Peer Review can identify that and those which poison the well which servers that which is available for supply.

"A suspicious letter to a prominent official is likely to generate a knock on the door from two well-dressed agents, says Fein.

Those agents, after sitting down in the living room, are likely to afford the letter writer the kind of polite listening that normally costs $150 an hour in a therapist’s office, as they assess whether he or she represents a threat."

:-) And further complicated today by obscure postings on webpages discussing "hot" topics, such as are trailed and trialed here on Wired blogs, Wired/Mr Fein?

You realise of course that some posts on such matters are intelligently designed to engage with such services as may wish to know more about a string of words which has caused some concern, or raised a red flag, or whatever it is that triggers such a visit/knock on the door from two well-dressed agents. I suppose that is what would be accurately enough labelled and headed in a report as SMART Grooming with Sublime Programming, and much more a valuable asset/protocol/methodology/process to be further developed than any threat to be investigated, methinks.

Iddy, take a chill pill and relax. Time out.

You're preaching to the converted on the Daily Bell. We got those messages yonks ago, and you wouldn't believe what is now going down and coming your way. We trust in Global Operating Devices and hope you like IT.

"A writer over on Lew Rockwell wrote today that the problem with winding down the serial wars in the Middle East, along with the American Military Empire worldwide, is that you put a lot of people out of work and they all have guns. He drew attention to the fact that when Rome brought the troops home they took over the government. America faces the same predicament." .... Posted by Zenbillionaire on 1/13/2011 8:55:09 PM

I would appear to have a similar view, Zenbillionaire. The lunatics are running the asylum springs to mind if starting wars and conflicts is considered a solution, rather than guaranteeing a purge of the system.

"Until the Pashtuns are subdued, that rocky land cannot be sufficiently Westernized and the larger globalist plans of the Anglosphere remain difficult to implement"

DB, I think if you replace "Westernised" with "Capitalised" it captures more accurately the subversives' perverse plan. Addicted to, and artificially made reliant on fiat currency, controls all too easily so many an arrogant tool and ignorant fool alike.

However, the Power needed for any New Globalist World Order Program is fully dependent upon on IT being able to exercise Mastery of the Control Protocol, and that is what is presently, so very obviously, missing from the arsenals of those who would be into such a Great Game. But it is easily enough solved with the necessary purchase of missing assets.

It isn't rocket science, is it, it's just common sense and beta business.

Can you imagine the carnage and chaos in the CONUS whenever the troops are brought home to discover ...... well, that there is nothing for them to do, and the natives are revolting, for there is nothing for them to do and apparently there is no money for anything ..... but trillions for giving to bankers and starting wars, which always end in defeat.

Can anyone cite any warrior who started a war and could then claim to be victorious over what he had attacked? Or is war always won with a peace declaration and civil negotiations and necessary acceptable constructive reparations?

Apparently there were a couple of those enigmatic special forces positively engaged and making sterling progress with the Taliban/insurgency/natives/call them what you will, but the puppets in various of the muppet governments involved in the battles being waged, because they were not leading the show, pulled the plug on support and sent the lads home, practically persona non grata. And if that doesn't tell y'all what you need to know about the state of things in general, and politics in particular, then I might have to consider lowering my higher expectations of your intelligence, and just accept that it is not fit enough for future good and beta purpose.

The real question is... answered?

"The real question is ...... when will Assange get whacked? You know he knows it's coming but he just don't know how or when. It should be a fun game, whack the whack-job." ..... Anonymous Coward Posted Friday 14th January 2011 00:39 GMT

AC, Do you not think, and do you not think that that will declare open season on politicians and bankers and media moguls too, who are all quite directly responsible for what everyone and you do and believe, via their networking present controls with flash cash and neuro linguistic programming?

Whack the whack-job is hardly a fun game though, whenever it delivers such psychotic episodes and perverse guaranteed consequences .... although it is a Great Game Changer, to be sure. It is though much more the low road route to anarchy rather than being any high road freeway to a more organised chaos, ..... and sub prime to its core, don't you think?

It does make you wonder who Senator Joe Lieberman is really working for, doesn't it. Is there any treatment for paranoid schizophrenia or is that which fuels the parasitic lobby system in a fascist state?

"Mr Thompson addressed all BBC staff yesterday on the corporation’s internal TV network, alongside Pat Younge, chief creative officer of BBC television productions.

Mr Thompson asked staff to come up with their own ideas for how the cuts could be implemented, so that he can go to the BBC Trust with concrete proposals by July."

An admission by senior management and the creative division of the BBC that they haven't a clue about what to do?  And that is a rhetorical question.

Well that is hardly new news is it, whenever one surveys the present fare they deliver to try and brainwash/condition the viewer. It is all a bit sub-prime, isn't it ..... really dumbed down and ineffective.

What they need is something radical and revolutionary to make the System and markets take notice that THEY are on notice and need to buck up their ideas. Although obviously that needs new vibrant viral program controllers, who know more than just a little about both micro and macro-managing global human perception, for that is what is definitely missing from the Corporation.

Is that a creative director and innovative direction position?

"And in the meantime I am getting pretty miserable with the corruption, fraud, dishonesty and so on and so forth. I do not trust Fox news either. The other day I heard Trump on Fox complaining about Opec and the rising oil prices?

Forgive me if I get this wrong after all my awaking started on 911, are the prices of oil not link to the dollar. The dollar loses purchasing power, crude oil goes up? Right? The host, Cavuto did not say one iota about this." ..... Posted by Reegje on 1/14/2011 8:56:46 AM

Imagine what would happen if oil was traded in yuan, and why shouldn't there be a rotation of currencies for default oil trades. At the moment does Uncle Sam effectively get its fuel for free and the excessive dollar activity creates an artificial picture of wealth which just isn't there. Did not Saddam want to sell Iraqi oil in a currency other than the dollars and then all of a sudden does his regime have invisible WMD ..... and the Great Dollar Ponzi is threatened with spontaneous collapse.

"Excellent article. I believe the money system has become so corrupted by fraud that eventually the consequences will be chaos." .... Posted by Stephen on 1/14/2011 11:23:14 AM

This adds fuel to the fire, Stephen ...... http://market-ticker.org/akcs-www?post=177310 ..... and it contains these few lines, "When you sell bonds, you're borrowing money.  If you intentionally and falsely misrepresent your solvency, either by omission or commission, what is that, exactly, in reference to existing law?

Not only is it securities fraud, it's a clear lie on a loan application, right?" ..... which whenever you scale things up to include the present and future sale of Treasury bonds, which will only ever be honoured with the issue of more notes promising worth and wealth, is it just a catastrophe waiting to happen with a third party sell off of their worthless Treasury IOUs for ...... well, it is probably for just more paper in a different currency denomination but from a partner who can deliver worth rather than ruin. That's if you can find a partner who will accept the dollars because they have a cunning plan which can spend them, or they can sit on them and use them for leverage.

All in all, it is a right mess and getting worse, more quickly, and pleading ignorance to the scam being played and the damage being done is no longer possible with so many knowing the consequences, and who is responsible.
