Seems like China has decided not to play the Western capitalist game, which as is always commented on here, has the population enslaved and artificially indebted, by reason of the careful management of perception/sublime brainwashing, to a select few who control the fiat money supply/printing presses/electronic transfer of virtual funds.
Or decided to play it better. Bravo. And it certainly appears to have rattled the Staff Report cage.

That makes a pleasant enough change from the other possibility, DB ..... http://www.eutimes.net/2011/01/top-us-official-murdered-after-arkansas-weapons-test-causes-mass-death/
Is madness, a contrived contagion, or a binary viral infection to be pimped and pumped over virtual channels/media programs? Or just an evil which terrorises and terrifies lost souls and deluded fools and tools alike?
Whenever you know the secrets that allow you to survive and prosper in surreality, can you agree with the past grand master who said ... "The only difference between a mad man and me, is that I am not mad"
"You saved me the trouble of having to point out this possibility. People in the countryside are closer to the land and can depend on its resources for survival. People in cities are dependent on decreed and forcefully imposed social / economic arrangements. Plus, they are a nice concentrated target." .... Posted by Bill Ross on 1/25/2011 12:00:32 PM
The positive and constructive Yin to that negative and destructive Yang, Bill, is that in cities, with their better connected infrastructures and advanced communications and technology channels, can the population be easily and quickly educated and entertained/edutained, to know of what SMART Societies have to Offer. Out in the comparative wilderness of the countryside, does one have to imagine all kinds of enterprise for oneself, and if one is short on information and education, is intelligence the first casualty to suffer catastrophic blows.
"There is a pie-in-the-sky proposal being floated to relocate people into viable areas, flatten old neighborhoods, and do 'urban farming' on the vacant land. ... There are only a few problems with the plan. People might resist forcible relocation. People won't buy even cleared vacant lots: the corruption, crime, obscene taxation, and byzantine regulations enforced by an army of thugs make all property in the jurisdiction worth negative value." .... John, The Chinese model may be .... Build something magnificent and the people will flock to ensure it lives and thrives, and they will learn of what they need to do for SMARTer Societies to build Future Dream Scapes for following generations and their childrens' childrens' generation, which/who will grow up in a Brave New World in which they imagine that everything they see is just normal and natural, whereas we would know that IT built it, with Ideas communicating with Networks and Systems, and it is a wholly artificial and virtual Creation made especially for them to enjoy services and provisions in order to thrive and build ongoing futures, with their own imaginations shared for a collective real vision in an Immaculate See Model, IntelAIgently Designed generations/ages/centuries before.
And quite obviously would I be nailing my colours to the Light Being mast because of what was Posted by Light Being on 1/25/2011 12:30:26 PM
If one is to admit to oneself that the present New World Order model is in crisis and deepening and expanding difficulties requiring unpopular and austere measures to survive, to change to an altogether different model allows for a complete change of fortune ...... which should be the Prime Davos Directive, to be discussed this week, and starting today, methinks.
"We don't understand where China is going to find the money for these ambitious projects." .... Oh, that's easy to answer, they'll just invent it when necessary, in just the same way that the West does, although in order that they do fall into the sticky, sweet honey traps which the West is now floundering in, they will spend it wisely rather than just waste it by giving millions and billions to a greedy few who have no idea how to use it, and even less of an idea as to how to use IT and the media to solve all of their crashing problems.
Are those Power Elite circles, such as would be the likes of a Bilderberg Group, Trilateral Commission, Skull and Bones club, World Bank, etc, etc., populated by dinosaurs, disenabled of future thinking?

Err.... will someone remind me again about the only thing which central banks do? Is it still to invent money from nothing and hand it down to their friends in other banks to create the debt industry, and then does the central banks expect the money, which they magically invented from nothing, and which has been delivered and spent, and in its spending has been returned to the system after its creation of industry and debt, to be found from nowhere to repay them again?
They're 'avin' a larf, mate ..... and pulling a fast one on y'all. Parasites the lot of them, and making fools of you all whilst you allow them to p*88 all over you. Grow a pair will you, and do something about it, rather than endlessly talking around it like a bunch of fairies flitting around a gnome.
And is someone going to think up an excuse to justify it continuing? Oh, bravo, bravo ...... that's just what everyone needs, NOT.

"If you are frustrated by this forum, or its activities, you are surely encouraged to take your logorrhoea elsewhere." .... Reply from the Daily Bell
Rather than it being frustration, DB, there are times whenever it is very disappointing that there appears to be no bite in the main body of the debate, but it is very encouraging to read of so many who see the root problem .... the love of which is guaranteeing the system destroys itself whilst trying to maintain the systems which are destroying itself. I trust that makes perfect sense.
And is it be read that whenever one is not disagreed with, is the truth of what is said accepted and would be undeniable? Can anyone highlight where the following is wrong and not right ...... "Err.... will someone remind me again about the only thing which central banks do? Every man and his dog knows that creating money from nothing is central banking's job, so there's absolutely no point in looking to the population to try it. That would be silly and a stupid thing to expect of them. So tell me again why there is this crazy problem with debt, whenever it is so easily conjured out of thin air in the trillions of whatever denomination you would care to need and need to feed?

‘Austen Morgan said that the the British constitution is viewed as “sacred” and he did not believe the rules would be changed to suit the West Belfast MP.’
Austen can believe whatever he likes, but the fact is that they’re going to end up moving the writ for West Belfast without Adams becoming High Steward of the Chiltern Hundreds or whatever it’s called, and then he’s going to find the rules will have changed, the sanctity of the British constitution regardless. ….. ben_w 26 January 2011 at 12:54 am
ben_w and Austen Morgan,
It is my understanding, and can anyone please correct me if I am wrong, that there is no British constitution per se, to change, and everything is just made up on the hoof as they stumble on their crazy way, trying not to reveal that highly pertinent, impertinent fact.
Is Gerry still collecting his MP paycheck and expenses every week, or is that all stopped if he doesn’t do as he’s told?

Thanks for that highly commendable reply, David Boothroyd.
"It is true that the UK constitution is ‘unwritten’ in the sense that it is not contained in a single document. That does not mean that it is nonexistent". ….. It does though mean that Gerry can do as he pleases, and in thus doing so, set an unwritten precedent that changes present understandings?
Bravo, Gerry. Well played, Sir.
